Mine would include: At least 1 hour of quiet time before my day begins where I'm not required to interact with anyone (ie, not 'perceived' in any way). A way to move my body that includes at least one moment of play or experimentation (hey, I wonder if I could...). I co-sign and adopt your ratio of creative and productive work. At least 1 meal I made, and at least 1 food eaten just for pleasure. And time to read before bed.

I haven't quite figured out where or how I would plug in people. It would certainly be elective, creative, and generative, even if it was work-related. "What if" interactions, not "how to" interactions.

Oh, yes the play! That’s so important. People...that was honestly the hardest part of the exercise for me.

Wow I love this! I need to think a bit on what mine would look like, but these are great frameworks to inspire me.

It took me a while to even allow myself to think about anything that wasn’t just work and productivity.
